NEXON celebrated its 35th anniversary under the slogan "A Trendsetting Past, an Inspiring Future." During the year, we introduced a renewed brand identity, centered around a dragon hatching from a dragon's egg, symbolizing continuous growth and innovation. We also implemented our 5th-generation eHR system across our own HR and payroll processes. The system is supported by automation and built-in business intelligence, enabling all HR and payroll-related activities and workflows to be managed through a single, integrated platform. This contributes to an even higher level of employee experience by providing a seamless and efficient working environment. The year was further marked by receiving the Intelligent Company of the Year award. At the same time, we said a heartfelt farewell to Katalin Sass, one of NEXON's founding owners, whose work and vision left a lasting legacy that continues to shape our company.
