I joined the NEXON team in 2010, where I get to experience day by day what it means to work for a financially strong company that is always looking for growth.
For me, as a finance manager, the principles of stability and sustainable growth are the building blocks of sound financial planning and the strength of the team.
The beauty of finance lies in the complexity of the task, we need to see the whole company's operations, the interrelationships, the connections and the consequences.
As a business leader, my priority is to ensure the smooth running of the company, which requires an excellent professional background and the ability to identify and adapt to growth opportunities.

For me, customer support is about much more than simply answering questions as they arise. Our goal is to act as a true partner to our clients in their day-to-day work by providing fast, high-quality, and professionally sound support. I believe that an outstanding customer experience is built on a knowledgeable and collaborative team. As a leader, my primary responsibility is to support my colleagues, encourage their professional development, and foster an organizational culture in which knowledge sharing and mutual support are a natural part of everyday work. I graduated as an IT professional, and my career at NEXON began immediately after university. Throughout my career, I have always been motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the development of solutions that create real value for our clients. Today, I consider the same mindset to be fundamental in customer support: a commitment to continuous improvement, openness to innovation, and a deep understanding of our clients' needs.

For me, spending time with my family is the best way to unwind. Physical activity is also an essential part of those moments. A cycling trip in the mountains helps me recharge both physically and mentally.

For me, NEXON is an optimal point of my experience, HR and leadership credentials when I talk to developers, payroll or project managers within the organisation. I speak the language of the business or the business speaks the language of HR. Really both are true because this is the organisation where my profession is business. And business is my profession. The role of HR is to support the business as well as ensure satisfied customers by way of dedicated employees. High-quality HR is one of the success criteria for successful operation. One of the most exciting slices of the rapidly changing world is ours and, therefore, joining NEXON as part of the HR industry's advancements, innovations and being able to positively influence clients' business results can contribute to their success.

For more than 25 years, I have been working in the fields of HR, payroll, and software development, and for nearly 20 of those years I have been contributing to the success of NEXON. Throughout my career, I have worked as a software implementation consultant, Testing Director, and Development Director, experiences that have taught me the most important lesson: a company’s greatest asset and driving force is its people. I place great importance on continuous learning and knowledge sharing, which is why, alongside my role in the business world, I also teach at university, helping to shape the next generation of professionals.

In my new role, I aim to further strengthen this people-centred approach, as well as our commitment to continuous learning and development, across our business unit. I believe that successful projects are built on close partnerships and a shared commitment to finding the best possible solutions. In my work, I value honest, clear, and open communication with colleagues, as I see it as the foundation of genuine trust. By building on our existing strengths and fostering transparent and efficient processes, I strive to support both our colleagues and the continued success of our business unit. I believe that outstanding results are achieved through supportive leadership and strong teamwork.

When I step away from my professional responsibilities, my greatest joy is spending time with my 17-year-old son, of whom I am incredibly proud. Whenever I have a little free time, I enjoy immersing myself in romantic historical novels. The stories of past centuries and the remarkable lives of those who shaped them not only help me recharge but also remind me that building meaningful human relationships and fostering strong communities are timeless values—both in our personal lives and in our professional careers.

I joined the NEXON team in 2011 and currently work as a business development director. I am committed to establishing a value-creating, living relationship with our partners that helps them achieve their business goals and is built on long-term, sustainable, reliable foundations. I pay particular attention to the solutions of our government clients, where our goal is to contribute to their effective operation with solutions specially tailored to this sector.

NEXON's marketing activities also fall under my responsibility. It is important to me that our marketing strategy consistently reflects the company's values ​​and commitment to innovation. To this end, we strive to provide our customers with understandable, up-to-date information and valuable content that not only informs but also inspires them. 

I spend my free time mainly with my family, and sports, especially water sports and snowboarding, are close to me. I have been fencing competitively since I was a child, and I believe that the discipline and endurance I learned in sports play a decisive role in my work.

Brunáczky Tamás

I joined NEXON at the beginning of my career in 2006. I feel fortunate to have been involved in the development of the company's IT organisation. When I started there were 2-3 people in IT, now there are 23 people and 6 groups. I have been constantly given opportunities and I am still developing myself. I worked my way up the career ladder until I became IT Director in 2022. This shows one of the driving forces of NEXON: the opportunity to build a career as an expert and a manager.

It's great to work for the market leader. The company is always one step ahead of market developments, which makes for a very fast and exciting working environment. An important part of my job is to work cooperatively with my colleagues and to think strategically in order to operate and deliver Nexon's services to a high standard for all our customers. Nexon is not only a professional community, but also a company with a human face, where professional development opportunities, an innovative environment and an inspiring listening environment are all present.

Human relations are important to me both here and in my personal life. I spend a lot of time with my family and friends, it's recharging, we do a lot of trips and traveling. On two and four wheels.

Kurucz Gabi

I've been part of the NEXON team for almost three decades, during which time I've had the chance to try my hand at a variety of things. The uninterrupted development and dynamic growth of the company has led to continuous professional and personal development and progress, and I have been given the opportunity to tackle new professional challenges. I believe that the only constant is change, so I consider flexibility to be a key competence.

The area under my management provides a significant part of NEXON's information database; support for general and high quality service activities, as well as training and education on NEXON software are also integrated into our activities. All customer administration and related case management is carried out in-house, requiring teamwork, accuracy, proactivity and organisation, as well as active cooperation with the partner areas that service our partners. This is how we contribute to NEXON's business. Human Resources is our profession, the main measure of which is a satisfied Partner!

In my leisure time, I find relaxation in activities close to nature or even in gastronomy. I like to create, to surprise family and colleagues with a treat - a motivation that recently led me to qualify as a pastry chef ... Spending time with family, friends and my dogs is a re-energising experience.

I have gained diverse experience in process and operational development, customer service, and regulatory management, as well as in international projects aimed at renewing organizational culture and operations.   At NEXON, I am currently working on our priority strategic projects: my goal is to turn business ideas into tangible, working solutions. As a program manager, my job is to oversee, connect, and keep the relevant organizational units moving—this is the essence of my work and also the area where I feel most at home.
I am currently managing the implementation of the NEXON eHR system, which builds on the company's nearly 40 years of experience to fundamentally reshape payroll and HR processes as a new generation, future-proof digital HR solution.
For me, a program is truly successful when it goes far beyond the scope of the project and creates tangible long-term value for our partners, employees, and the organization. It is in the dynamics of complexity, change management, and focused collaboration that I can best leverage my professional experience and strategic vision. I believe that a clear common direction, trust, and achievements made together are the best way to build the future.

I hold a degree in the humanities. I’m curious, critical, creative, and experimental.
After 20 years in public service, I became a freelance educational expert, trainer, and organizational development consultant. I built my own brand and development methodology, centered on scientifically grounded yet radically simplified, clear, practical, and supportive approaches.
In 2024, I had the honor of being invited to lead NEXON Academy and to accompany it into a future worthy of the company's outstanding educational legacy—with the same values and mindset.
As Head of Education, my primary goal is to work with the Academy’s team to design and implement engaging, scientifically grounded, and technologically enhanced learning methods that capture attention throughout the entire learning journey and result in deep, lasting, and practically applicable knowledge.
Based on my experience, the key to exceptional workplace performance and creativity lies in finding the right balance between work, family, and leisure.
In winter, a trail run in the Pilis mountains, and in summer, a kayaking trip on the Danube—whether with my family, friends, as a tour guide, or alone—offer me genuine recharge and inspiration.

Virág Vendel

Striving for excellence in service quality and customer satisfaction. We are always working on this; it is our job. I have strengthened the NEXON team for over two decades and I have tried out many areas: customer service, project office, contributed to the launch of our outsource service and led the office in Győr. What has not changed is our commitment to the quality of our services as well as ensuring and developing them.

I live in Veszprém with my family, my adult children have flown the coop and I am soon to be a grandfather twice over. Besides my family, I enjoy playing tennis and cycling in my spare time, and they make the most of it.

I gained experience as a manager in several areas at NEXON. I worked in customer service, project office, and in presales and sales roles. Later, I worked as a product owner, development director, and professional leader of business analysts.

In my work, the partnership with customers and building trust from the first meeting play a prominent role – I consistently represent this approach as a leader.

I currently lead the Business Solutions Directorate at NEXON. My goal is to further strengthen the organization’s operations based on partner success and shared value creation.

I have been with NEXON for over 25 years. I worked as a consultant and tester in customer service, and as a system organizer, department manager, and then as a development director in development.

As a leader, I believe in collaboration, clear goals, and responsibility. Continuous improvement is a conscious decision and a shared responsibility. With our internal training, professional challenges, and continuous feedback, we encourage our employees to perform their work according to the highest standards of the profession.

In the field of outsourcing services, my mission is to implement the eHR transition and develop new value-added services. My goal is to increase efficiency and create measurable business benefits for our partners.

Hopka László

IT security director

IT security plays an increasingly important role in every company's operations and this is especially true for NEXON. Both the beauty and the challenges of the profession are that business processes, user awareness and IT systems need to be comprehensively understood, carefully scrutinised and continuously improved to ensure adequate protection against increasingly complex risks. To this end, I draw on the experience I have gained in my career in IT security, software development and operations, and the curiosity that drives me to constantly seek out the root causes of problems and learn new things, as we are living in an era of exciting change in IT and IT security.

For recreation, time spent with family and friends, a good hike or skiing (hopefully with a winding drive), playing tennis always fills me up, or even on one of the movie or music streaming platforms I can always find a movie, a series, a new or well-known music that relaxes me.
