NEXONihr is optimized for use by Governmental, public sector and other state owned institutions that operate under state budgetary control. The application supports comprehensive HR record keeping and the automated use of official public sector salary structures. It comprehensively provides for complex  institutional organisation structures, and is able to properly categorize employees within these structures.  It can be integrated with external business systems and with the KIRA state payroll system.

  • The application supports the budgetary record keeping required for each type of organization, including records of raw data necessary to determine classification.
  • It allows for special policy management for each different type of institution.
  • It permits classification of employees when they are appointed, automatic determination of salary category and the amount.
  • The application also calculates annual bonuses, severance pay and other required payments, based on historic data about the employees.
  • The application supports bi-directional electronic data transfer to and from the KIRA centralized payroll.
  • It provides specified data to the Hungarian State Treasury (Treasury) —employee and relationship information, details of variable compensation, record of absence and other scheduling data.
  • Payroll data provided by the Treasury can be uploaded by the application, and used for reporting purposes and merged with other employee HR data held on the system.
  • The application may be interfaced with external business system, and exchange data with them as required. Data provided by external business systems may also be uploaded and used by NEXONihr.
  • Payroll data from the centralized payroll salary system (KIRA) can be compared with the data held by NEXONihr.
  • The application can use data provided by KIRA as the basis for allocating employee costs into online ledgers.
  • Organisational changes to the planned structure become predictable, and employeescan be assigned to pay frameworks.
  • A selection of pre-defined reports can be displayed and and exported to external applications, for example unfilled positions, cross-employment, designated substitutions and delegated mandates.
  • Ability to compare plan vs reality in terms of labor costs as well as headcount.
  • The system uses the employee’s registered basic data (age, start of entitlement, end of entitlement,registered children to calculate the basic annual leave entitlement, additional age related leave entitlement and additional leave entitlement due for dependent children.
  • Easy-to-use graphical interface for planning employee absence, which can then be easily checked and approved / rejected by managers.
  • Absence applications and approvals / rejections are notified to all parties concerned by automatically generated emails.
  • Recorded employee absences may betransmitted electronically to KIRA.
