I have been with NEXON for over 25 years. I worked as a consultant and tester in customer service, and as a system organizer, department manager, and then as a development director in development.
As a leader, I believe in collaboration, clear goals, and responsibility. Continuous improvement is a conscious decision and a shared responsibility.
