Modification of personal data - the range of data that can be submitted and modified has been extended
Our self-service HR mobile app gives you real freedom to manage your HR administration. Employees can submit their changed data, request leave, view their schedule, payslip, view their timesheets, anywhere, anytime.
We are constantly developing and expanding the functionality of the application based on our users' experiences.
Since our version change on 31 January, the range of data in the My personal data menu has been extended, which you can not only view, but also submit changes to via the mobile app.
In addition to the previous tax ID, social security number and ID card details, the employees can now also submit or change their marital status, contact details and address.
If you wish to submit a change to an employee's existing data, you can do so using the pencils next to the current data. If you want to report a new record that is not yet registered, you can do so by clicking on the + icon at the bottom of the screen.
