- Benefit selection is according to the cafeteria rules that have been set up while configuring the application.Employees do not need to know these rules, as the application will only permit them to make selections that are valid for them.
- They can spend up to the limit of the benefit budget given to them by the employer.This budget can be set individually or by category of employee.
- The workers can view their actual budget balance at any time.
