The NEXON_PORT self-service HR system for managers and employees can be used not only on a web platform, but also via a mobile application. This is the NEXON_PORT+ application, which provides both employees and managers with the possibility of HR administration independent of the real place and time. Its use is simple, intuitive, fast and lovable.

Among our customers are companies employing office workers, who introduced the application because of working from home and flexible internal communication. There are manufacturing companies where blue-collar workers do not have a computer, but they can manage their HR affairs comfortably on their phone. And there are service providers where employees are usually off-site, but can access their HR data on the go with the mobile application.

The NEXON_PORT+ application can be downloaded from stores for both Android and iOS devices. The application takes into account what NEXON_PORT functions your workplace has and you can only access those menu items and functions on your phone. The application can be used in several languages, which you can activate in the settings (English, Deutsch, Hungarian).

 When you open it for the first time, a small tutorial on how to use it will appear.

All functions available in the NEXON_PORT+ application (the availability depends on the purchased license):

1. My profile (personal data)
2. My presences
   1. current day's movements
   2. total time spent at work
   3. record next motion event
3. Sign attendance sheet (all employees' function) and approving attendance sheet (manager's function)
4. My work schedule / Calendar
   1. weekly view of current weekly schedule
   2. the name of the schedule of the current day or the day selected in the weekly view in text
5. My absences
   1. current leave entitlement limit on ring chart
   2. the date of the first day of the next scheduled holiday and its length
   3. adding a new absence request
6. My payslips
7. Documents available for download (payslips, certificates, etc.)
8. Colleagues available
   1. current schedule of direct colleagues
   2. looking for a colleague
9. My settings
