HR in your pocket - My Absences function
The 6th part of our series presenting the NEXON_PORT+ self-service HR application for mobile phones introduces the My Absences function.
What is it good for? You can see on one chart the number of vacation days you have already used and the number of days that can still be scheduled, as well as the status of the days that have already been requested, i.e. whether they have been approved by your boss.
In this function you can submit a new vacation request or modify a planned vacation.
The status of absences is indicated by a color code on a ring diagram:
- blue indicates the number of days you can plan
- yellow is the number of planned days
- green are the absences taken
By tapping on the ring diagram, you can see the calendarlevel display in annual, monthly or daily breakdowns. With the + sign you can submit a new vacation request and you can modify your absence plan by tapping on a yellow colored day in the calendar.
