The NEXONhr controlling solution supports the entire organization in the planning process.

Thanks to our latest developments, the use of our controlling solution has become even more convenient and efficient:

  • It is clearer and simplier to compile the benefit groups that form the basis of planning
    • Indication of recurring benefits
      If a benefit is included in one benefit group, it cannot be added to an other group and the system indicates in which other group the given benefit is included.
    • Each benefit group has mandatory categorization information. The system uses this data to help the administrator assign the benefit groups to the right place when compiling a Human Resources plan. 
    • Consideration of percentage permanent benefits
      Employees' permanent benefits may include benefits determined not in terms of amount, but in percentage terms. When preparing the HR controlling plan, the system also takes these types of benefits into account in the case of positions held and during the planning of permanent benefits.
    • Statements - Framework-Plan comparison report
      The HR-controlling functionality of the system enables the recording of financial framework amounts ("allocations") for organizational nodes. The Framework Plan target report shows the details and the relationship between the wage plan amounts and the framework amounts generated at the organizational nodes.
