The 8th part of our series presenting the NEXON_PORT+ self-service HR application for mobile phones introduces the Documents available for download function.
What is it good for?
You can view and even download your HR documents on your smart phone, such as your monthly payslip, or employer certificates.
The application sends a message when a new document has been uploaded for you. But opening this function, you can see, if you have unread documents.
In the main library, you can choose, which documents in the library you want to view or download (e.g. payslips). You can easily download several items to your smart phone at the same time.
