Mrs. Falusi: Payroll administration for higher education is a very specialized process. We not only calculate the wages for 1000-1100 employees, but we also have to administer payments to double that number of freelancers and we have to supply huge amounts of data to various authorities. NEXON’s solution fulfilled all our requirements. During our relationship - and with our support - NEXON has developed new functionality that can be integrated with the special HR module that is used by institutional administrations.

Mr. Szalay: We appreciate NEXON’s innovative approach. For instance, we have implemented the electronic pay-slip function provided by the NEXONbér payroll software. The payroll process has become faster as pay-slips are no longer printed; employees can now view their current or historic payment information on-line at any time.
Mrs. Falusi: We also have good experience with NEXON’s help desk service; they have even nominated a dedicated person to support higher educational institutes. This person needs to have comprehensive knowledge of Labor Law, regulations and statutes concerning Public Servants and Higher Education, and also the Budget Act.
