NEXON took part in the Smart Company of the Year competition for the first time this year and has already been shortlisted.
The aim of the competition, organised by Mensa HungarIQa, is to find the company whose employees have the highest average intelligence quotient. The competition consists of two rounds: an online test and an in-person Mensa IQ test.
In the “Smart Company of the Year” competition, employees of participating companies will measure their intelligence quotient. In the first round, participants will complete an adaptive online IQ test that will take up to 30 minutes to complete. The questions in the test vary according to previous answers, so each participant receives a personalised set of tasks. The test results are sent to each participant personally by email.
The participants with the best results in the online test will be invited to the second round. This round will require personal attendance, where they will have to complete the official Mensa HungarIQa admission test under controlled conditions. No aids may be used during the test. The results will be aggregated by Mensa HungarIQa experts. Only the aggregated company results are passed on to the organisers, individual results are only available to the participants.
32 NEXON colleagues participated in the competition and were selected as one of the Top 5 Smart Companies of the Year for their outstanding results. This is a particularly impressive achievement given that this is the first time the company has entered the competition.
