About the certification process
The Responsible Employer Rating System classifies companies' HR strategies according to a multidimensional, objective set of criteria. The audit, which lasted nearly half a day, took place at NEXON's headquarters at the end of last year, following the submission of a full application.
This recognition is an important milestone for our company and reflects the commitment of all our employees.
