For the 3rd year in a row, NEXON has announced an academic scholarship for students of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Budapest University of Economics and Business. The title of the scholarship is “The emergence and potential of artificial intelligence and digitalisation in the basic and administrative processes of business HR”, which reflects the topicality and importance of the topic.
The scholarship is open to undergraduate and master students of BGE PSZK, including both Hungarian and foreign students. The competition offers several interesting topics for students, including:
- ChatGPT and the emergence of AI in HR basic and administrative processes
- Competencies required to harness AI
- Expected changes in HR roles
- Digital onboarding and people development processes
- Micro-certificates in corporate training
- Digital HR process management
- Digital employee experience solutions
The main aim of the scholarship is to motivate students to do scientific research within the framework of the TDK (Scientific Student Conference). The initiative provides an excellent opportunity for students to deepen their research into the relationship between artificial intelligence and HR, which is a very topical and important subject today. We believe that this scholarship programme is an excellent example of how to encourage young talent to research the latest technology trends and their business applications, which can yield valuable results for both students and industry.
This year the Budapest University of Economics and Business joined the series of events organised by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences to celebrate the Hungarian Science Day. The university organised a conference entitled "Futures in the making - Developing and adapting futures in business", during which this year's scholarship winners were announced and awards presented.
