Payroll as an Outsourced Service Requires High Degree of Flexibility

H1 Systems Engineering Services Ltd. is a multifaceted, innovative service provider in the field of data center infrastructure and complex security solutions.

The company entrusted the performance of payroll tasks to an external service provider, NEXON's outsource business, and then NEXON's product portfolio was expanded with NEXONtime working hour registration and absence planning, as well as the desktop and mobile solutions of the NEXON_PORT self-service system at H1Systems. We asked Stella Kaszab, the company's HR and Marketing Director, about the experience.

 

How long have you been a NEXON customer? Why did you choose NEXON's outsourcing service?

We changed service providers on January 1 of this year, and our payroll processing was also outsourced before. At H1 Systems, our goal is to provide the highest quality/standard service. Here, the commitment of our managers, their sectoral experience and the expertise of the employees they manage together ensure the satisfaction of our customers on the domestic and international markets. My fellow managers and I agreed that

we, too, would like to cooperate with Hungary's market-leading payroll and human resources service provider.

Why did you choose NEXON_PORT and NEXONtime?

NEXON_PORT enables our colleagues to access the labor data recorded about them not only in the office environmen. All employees of the company can be involved in the HR-related processes, since the system can be accessed from anywhere and at any time if there is an Internet connection, and their data change needs are not required in person, they can even indicate via mobile phone. In short, the system has a high degree of flexibility, which is increasingly important in the 2020s. The spectacular, intuitive, ergonomic surfaces of NEXON_PORT and NEXONtime are also outstanding in terms of visibility.

 

The introduction of the self-service system affected all employees of the company. How was the introduction and how was the internal communication resolved?

We place special emphasis on internal communication, I think it is important. Thus, we already informed the employees at the time of signing the contract, as well as presented the interface on our employee information forum.

Later on, we also used the short films supporting the NEXON introduction with the aim of allowing our colleagues to see first-hand what awaits us, naturally enumerating the advantages of using the system.

In the implementation phase, one or two support staff from each area were involved. They were the first to get access, they could test the system, they entered the process as a master admin. We also involved them in education, so this was not only the task of HR, but all business areas participated in the introduction.

We are satisfied with the outsourcing's availability, helpfulness and, last but not least, professional experience.
