
For me, NEXON is an optimal point of my experience, HR and leadership credentials when I talk to developers, payroll or project managers within the organisation. I speak the language of the business or the business speaks the language of HR. Really both are true because this is the organisation where my profession is business. And business is my profession. The role of HR is to support the business as well as ensure satisfied customers by way of dedicated employees. High-quality HR is one of the success criteria for successful operation.
