  • The application supports the registration of all types of benefits, selection and allocation of benefits over varying time periods, and permits the production of statements.
  • It calculates the net and gross costs of benefits, and applies these costs against employees’ varying benefit budgets.
  • Filters, statements and reports can be produced, it automatically calculates taxes and other contributions and the data is forwarded to the payroll application.
  • NEXONcafé can be licensed to operate within your own IT infrastructure, or we can provide it as an OUTSOURCE service.
  • In either case, we start by analyzing your company’s situation to produce a needs assessment. We then jointly plan the implementation with you, formulating the cafeteria rules, creating a communication strategy and planning the steps to go-live.
  • We also offer annual / as required during the year maintenance of the cafeteria rules, and a satisfaction survey through which employees can provide continuous feedback to you.
  • NEXONcafé offers security in the continuous changing legislative regulatory environment (a team of almost 100 takes care of legal compliance).
  • The updates are provided automatically to our customers / partners.
  • NEXONcafé provides all relevent and required data to the payroll application, so that during the payroll run the appropriate deductions and contributions are applied to each employees’ pay account, and the relevant external payments are set up for transfer.
  • Employees interact with NEXONcafé on-line, using an intuitive menu based interface to select their preferred benefits from the packages available to them.
  • Benefit selection is according to the cafeteria rules that have been set up while configuring the application.Employees do not need to know these rules, as the application will only permit them to make selections that are valid for them.
  • They can spend up to the limit of the benefit budget given to them by the employer.This budget can be set individually or by category of employee.
  • The workers can view their actual budget balance at any time.
