  • The application handles all of the legal and regulatory compliance issues involved in creating work schedules, and even covers time-frame contractual employment.
  • In practice this means that the application provides a complete solution for organizational time management, from the starting point of matching employee availabilty against schedule requirements, all the way through to calculating the payroll and analysing employee work costs against production units and project activities.
  • The system automatically registers entry and leaving time data, and movements between controlled areas within the facilty.Authorization levels can be adjusted, and the performance of access control and other security equipment is monitored,controlled and alarmed.
  • System operation is fully integrated with NEXONbér, NEXONhrm and NEXONtime systems.
  • Overtime and standby working can be easily planned for and authorized by managers, using the managerial self-service system.
  • Employees are notifed about shift changes, planned overtime and standby coverage etc. by means of e-mails automatically generated by the system.
  • The system automatically generates timesheets based on planned schedules and recorded timestamp data from the access control system.After employee validation, the timesheets are submittted to the responsible manager for approval or modification, and then pass to the payroll administration system.
  • Subject to access control, managers and employees can access and monitor their own time data - they can see the „evolution” of their activities, balance time, holidays etc .
  • Employees can electronically fill in and validate their own timesheets, and can also directly submit holiday plans for approval.
  • The submission – approval interaction process between manager and employee is fully supported by automated process-driven creation of e-mails.
